Refund Policy

At Codewaala, we prioritize delivering a seamless and enriching experience for our students. Below is our refund policy to ensure clarity and transparency:

1. Refund Eligibility
   Students may opt out of a Codewaala Program and request a refund of fees paid by sending an email to admin@codewaala.com within 7 days from the date of the Cohort Onboarding Session or the First Class of the relevant program (the “Refund Window”).

   • No additional Refund Window will be provided in case of program pauses or changes.
   • A Refund Processing Fee will be applicable.

2. General Refund Terms

   • Refund or cancellation requests will not be accepted after the Refund Window closes.
   • All payments made to Codewaala are considered final.
   • The chosen program and associated fees are non-transferable to another student.

3. Demo and Masterclass Sessions

   • Students are encouraged to attend free demo classes or masterclass sessions before enrolling to evaluate the program quality.

4. NBFC-Financed Students

   • Students who have opted for NBFC financing are not eligible for refunds, and the Refund Window does not apply to them.

5. Refund Processing

   • Refunds will be processed only through bank transfers (e.g., NEFT, IMPS, RTGS).
   • Students will be required to provide relevant documentation (e.g., canceled cheque) for bank account verification.
   • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving all required information and documentation.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

   • Refunds will not be provided for:
     • Lack of usage or dissatisfaction after the Refund Window expires.
     • Any other reason once the Refund Window has closed.

7. Access to Resources
   Upon withdrawal from a course, student access to Codewaala resources will be terminated.

8. Legal Jurisdiction
   Any disputes related to this agreement or the program are subject to the jurisdiction of the Law Courts of Mathura.

9. Policy Updates
   Codewaala reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at its discretion without prior notice.

Important Note

Refunds are processed to the original payee’s bank account only, regardless of the payment mode used for the initial transaction. By enrolling in our programs, students confirm their acceptance of these terms.
